Get to know the 3N Family

Marcos was born and raised in West Texas in the town of Big Lake. As a Graduate of Reagan County High

he relocated to Odessa in 1998 to pursue and education and career opportunities in the Permian Basin.

He married and was blessed with 2 young children as he initiated a hot shot service early in his career.

As he personally ran hot shot’s he saw an opportunity to enter the sand and water logistics industry.

With a small loan and money he invested from his business at the time he started 3N Oilfield Services.

Marcos now leads a company in charge of hundreds of trucks but with an initial startup of only 3

transportation trucks, 3N has grown into one of the leading Frac sand transportation companies in the

West Texas area.

Marcos plans keep expanding his company and growing to meet the demands of the West Texas oil industry.
